Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Additional Charges

• Remote Area Surcharge: KSh 100 for hard-to-reach locations
• Failed Delivery Fee: KSh 150 for unsuccessful delivery attempts
• Re-delivery Fee: KSh 200 for rescheduled deliveries
• Weekend Delivery: Additional KSh 200 (where available)
