Additional Charges
- Remote Area Surcharge: KSh 100 for hard-to-reach locations
- Failed Delivery Fee: KSh 150 for unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Re-delivery Fee: KSh 200 for rescheduled deliveries
- Weekend Delivery: Additional KSh 200 (where available)
